Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Svaroop is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays


  • Shipping is free across India on all orders above INR 1000.
  • We Usually Dispatch orders within 7 to 10 days. In some cases if it takes longer time we would inform you or the information will be given in shipping section of product.
  • Once your order is dispatched usually it takes 3-7 days depending upon couriers partners and locations.
  • In case you need the product Urgently please reach out to our Team and email us at we will update you accordingly.


We do ship international however not yet through our website. You can select items and mail us on to enquire everything about shipping charges etc. We shall process your order from our end.

Payments are done through net banking or paypal 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are strictly allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Please inform us within this time if you wish to cancel your order. 

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy:

If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. We will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick-up may not be available on selected pin -codes).

We refund the amount minus Rs. 100/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account. We need following bank details – Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank, Branch to process the refund.


  • Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned
  • Items will be considered for return only if product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged.
  • The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
  • All items returned go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the returned item will be informed to you via an email within 1 business day from receiving the return consignment.
  • Please note some pin-codes are not covered by our courier partners for pick up in such case you will need to send the product to us to our registered address by your own, we will intimate you as we receive the product.
  • Please note exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customised orders. if you have any problem with customised orders please drop us an email at
  • Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
